Job Description:

As a Travel Services Specialist at Jonview, you will be part of a team that works collaboratively with colleagues, customers, and partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will be responsible for communicating effectively with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to work under pressure, multitask, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Post-secondary school education

• 2-3 years of tourism experience

• Effective communication skills (English) and proficiency in one or more additional languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, or Portuguese)

• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks

• Familiarity with Canadian tourism products and geography
