Join the team at Whistler.com, where we help travelers plan, book, and experience unforgettable trips to Whistler. As a Travel Consultant, you'll be the go-to expert for guests planning their Whistler vacations — selling accommodation, activities, and transportation via online chat, email, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an ambassador for Whistler.com and Tourism Whistler
  • Sell complete vacation packages through phone, email, and online chat
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide quotes in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
  • Make outbound calls to upsell, provide concierge services, and follow up with leads
  • Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals
  • Maintain accurate communication with clients, vendors, and teammates

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of Whistler and surrounding experiences
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, chat)
  • Comfortable using MS Office and cloud-based platforms
  • Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently
