As a Travel Consultant, you'll be the go-to expert for guests planning their Whistler vacations — selling accommodation, activities, and transportation via online chat, email, and phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be an ambassador for Whistler.com and Tourism Whistler
- Sell complete vacation packages through phone, email, and online chat
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide quotes in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- Make outbound calls to upsell, provide concierge services, and follow up with leads
- Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals
- Maintain accurate communication with clients, vendors, and teammates
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Whistler and surrounding experiences
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, chat)
- Comfortable using MS Office and cloud-based platforms
- Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
- Able to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently
