An individual in this position will be responsible for providing various administrative support functions for our clients in the Bus Charters and Tours Dept.
• Maintaining a strong customer base including existing accounts and potential sale opportunities
• Overall account management of the Bus and Tours department, including invoicing, billing, and collections
• Develop customer service standards and procedures for the organization
• Prepare driver’s dispatches, maps and signage for all programs running the following day
• Handle necessary changes, special requests and cancellations in an efficient manner
• Provide high level support to the Tour and Travel Department
• Prepare contracts and discuss all details with the clients
• Liaise with all other departments on all programs, tours, contracts and up to date information
• Coordinate, monitor and manage airport flight manifests and arrange transportation for arrivals and departures
• Assign, organize and manage Meet and Greet staff and Onsite Coordinators as needed
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate the best rates
• Approve and distribute invoices, expenses, cheques and petty cash requests for Accounting
